Drat, I lost that bet.
$ grep '^f ' font/devps/TR
f a -10
f oa -10
f .i -50
f f -25
f i -20
f ' 55
f cq 55
Very strange that the single quote has kernpair entries but not the double.
Definitely a bug, either ours or upstream's.
