It's useful, but not perfect.  While hacking on groff mm last year I
found an instance where the manual documented one behavior but DWB 3.3
mm's source did something else.  I don't remember what it was, but you
can likely find it in groff's commit messages.

(There are also some places where groff mm deliberately deviates from
DWB mm behavior, but those are documented in the man page.  There may be
some minor differences, with respect to letters and memoranda in
particular, documented only in the ChangeLog and/or commit messages.)

I suspect I simply didn't think of it because I was doing most of my
testing with the "utf8" output device; it's faster.
