Revising summary.

I think it's a really bad idea to call paired square brackets '[' and ']'
"delimiters" because this term already carries a heavy and confusing load in
*roff.

Delimiters are used in escape sequences already, but they have to be
identically matched.  They are also used by the `tl` request and in output
comparison expressions (`.if 'foo'bar' .tm no match`).
