There's no savannah defect here. This link was originally posted in bug
#67992, where it displays in abbreviated form but links correctly. Then, only
the abbreviated form was pasted into comment #35 here, but as the abbreviated
form is not a valid URL, savannah can do nothing to resolve it. (Being inside
a verbatim block in comment #35, the URL isn't clickable, so its invalidity is
less obvious, but it has been quoted outside verbatim text in subsequent
comments, where savannah valiantly tries to make this invalid URL clickable.)
