Follow-up Comment #4, bug #68220 (group groff): [comment #2 comment #2:] > I seem to have missed that the issue was previously noted in another bug > report, my apologies.
No apology necessary. This specific piece warrants separate handling anyway for the exact reason you filed it. Bug #66518 is more of a long-term overhaul kind of ticket. Also, in the event we need to do a _groff_ 1.24.2, this fix should be considered for backport, quite possibly along with its successor commit. commit 4e6c98f3df065743e5598c158d71af7fc8f63a25 Author: G. Branden Robinson <[email protected]> Date: Thu Apr 9 00:59:58 2026 -0500 [build]: Drop obsolescent configuration code. Drop no longer needed check for `struct exception`. It was used only by the now-deleted "src/libs/libgroff/matherr.c". I'd link to Savannah's cgit instance but--surprise!--it's unresponsive thanks to artificial stupidity. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?68220> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
