Kind of mysterious. _lcov_(1) goes hunting for "eqn.ypp" outside the
source/build directory of an unpacked tar archive.
If I re-run some of the coverage targets, it completes successfully. (All of
a sudden it can find, or decides it doesn't need, "eqn.ypp"?)
Minor severity because this is a "maintainer-mode" target not generally of
interest to users.
