The recent dive into .tkf documentation (bug #60233) made me think of another
situation that's undocumented: overlapping ranges with conflicting adjustment
values.
.tkf FOO 4 20 16 30
.tkf FOO 10 2 24 6
I don't know what the above actually does, and I'm not even sure what I think
it should do. I also don't know if it makes sense to document what it does,
or state in the manual that the behavior is undefined, giving some wiggle room
if in the future it's decided the current behavior is intractable.
