I've fixed the cache problem suggested by Pavel. Thus I now believe /sbin/grub is useful, so it became built unconditionally. Another big change is that the manpage for /sbin/grub is offered. It is automatically produced by help2man, which was copied from texinfo-3.12i and was modified so that it could accept "--section" option, because /sbin/grub should be installed into section 8 instead of section 1. I have already sent my version of help2man to the author Brendan.
