  I need more information to answer this. What version are you talking
about? The CVS version, or 0.5.94? If you use the former, does 0.5.94
work fine? When booting from a floppy, can GRUB access the hard disk
drive? What does the command "geometry" print for it? How did you
install GRUB? In the grub shell, or in the native Stage2?
