the pb comes from windows having some problem with some extended partitions. The
easy solution if there are only non-windows extended partitions is to use 0x85.
That way, windows will just ignore all extended partitions without crashing (or
worse!)
As for linux, it behaves exactly the same with 0x5, 0xf and 0x85.
