Package: grub
Version: 0.5.94
Severity: normal

I have a 'MaxBlast' floppy that came with my Maxtor HD. It is meant to be
booted from to set up your hard drive when you first install it. I can
boot it normally but I can't boot it via grub. Here's what happens:

grub> root (fd0)
Filesystem type is fat, using whole disk

grub> chainloader +1

Error: Invalid or unsupported executable format

The floppy apparently uses SDOS (when it boots, it says "Loading
SDOS...". I have put an image of this disk up at
http://pimlott.ne.mediaone.net/~chris/maxblast.img.bz2 (There shouldn't be
any issue with me making an image of this available as it can also be
downloaded from Maxtor's FTP site) so others can reproduce this behavior.

        Chris Pimlott
