I have said that I wanted to publish 0.5.95 as the last test
release, but I now think we should release one more intermediate test
version. There are some reasons which changed my mind:

* Although we haven't implemented all the features that I'd like to
have before releasing a public version, three months have passed by
since 0.5.94.

* I don't think I will be able to implement the rest in the
foreseeable future. IMO, we shouldn't stop releasing a snapshot so
long.

* We have already added several new features and fixed many bugs. It
should be a good idea to give the user a chance of updating his/her
copy of GRUB now.

To release a beta version, all I need to do is update the
documentation. In particular, I must write information on the diskless
support. But that shouldn't be hard work, so I think I can make the
CVS version "ready to go" status in a week.
