I've just checked in a few patches that were the only outstanding
things I noticed.  The first was a documentation fix (use @kbd{...}
when describing typed input), there was one fix to enable better
geometry detection for regular files in lib/device.c, and finally a
fix to reload the geometry buffer before using it in stage2/disk_io.c.

Okuji, I can apply these patches to the trunk if you would like,
otherwise go ahead and apply them yourself. The only patch I think
may be done a better way is the stage2/disk_io.c patch. My other
question is: do you want me to wait for the diagnosis of Wichert's
problem before making this release?

Alessandro, I will wait for your doc patches... just tell me when you
are ready, or if you would like me not to wait for you.

I tested out the new boot image (made with util/grub-image), and it
looks nice. I think this will be quite a solid release.
