The problem with the mknbi it's that only works with etherboot at the
moment. I thought I have seen that there were PXE like etherboot images,
but it seems that I'm wrong (please look at the etherboot site more
closely), so you can not call a PXE compatible second bootloader that is
also nbi compatible. The only remaining way is to boot with etherboot
from a floppy. But that's not really an every day solution.
But please have a more closely look at the etherboot site : the relevant
information is perhaps here (experiences with booting DOS via other
methods).
