Well, I suppose it does, in a way, make sense for a sane bootloader to
pass the memory info it knows to the OS it's booting. Besides, I posted a
patch to fix the bug I was experiencing with GRUB. I'm just hoping the
developers pick it up (and the patch to fix the halt command on
APM-enabled systems with soft-power-off) and push it into CVS.
