Yes, with grub-0.90 you can put a separate password line for each menu
entry.  These password can be different for each entry.

An alternative that also works in earlier versions is the "lock"
command, which will prevent booting an entry when the master password
wasn't entered.

Note that the commands for the menu entries are executed in order, so
you should put the lock/password entries first.
