I'm using grub-0.93.20030118 on Gentoo and I've had no problems on some computers, but one computer will repeat "GRUB " forever when I just let it boot from the hard drive (120GB WD). If I boot from a grub bootdisk and use the configfile command I get my menu and everything boots fine.
I've also reinstalled grub to the hard drive from this same boot disk which works, but that did not fix the problem. What can I try to track this down?
