Hi ,
I have a SCSI Host Bus Adapter card for which I have the linux driver, but
due to the size of the code I can't create a PCI Option ROM which will
provide interface to the SCSI drive. The other option that I thought is to
come up with a linux kernel image which will have the SCSI HBA device driver
and load this image from the Adapter Flash ROM by providing INT 13 interface
to the FLASH ROM, which basically means that the Flash ROM will act as a
boot device.
My queries:
1)Is it possible to hook the INT 13h interrupt and present the Flash ROM as
a Hard disk to the system BIOS.
2)Will there be a File system on the Flash ROM.If so how to create one.
3)Where can I get hold of the image which could be loaded onto the
Flash(approx size of image?)
3)Which is the best possible way to acheive something like this.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
johnsy george
