Hello all,

Now I have changed the policy of this list to "waiting for an approval
or a denial if a non-member sends mail to this list". This means that
it will take time for non-subscribers of this list to send mail
successfully, but this will reduce spams significantly.

Because of this change, the load of the list administrators will get
much heavier. For now, I and Gregg are the administrators, and I think
two is too small for this task, considering the number of spams sent to
this list. Gregg has been maintaining this list quite well, but I hope
others will help him so that he won't have to deal with spams all the
time.

If you think you can spend a few minutes for this task every day, let me
know, please. This task is very easy: going to a web page, checking if
each held message is a spam or not, and click a button to approve or
deny the message.

Okuji
