This is an interesting tool . Is there any Linux general tool with the same 
feature ? (Gparted ?).

You might need to run EASY LIVE SWAP option (Found in the first menu)
before chainloading to the usb disk... in the 3% of the situations.

I think this would be done as soon as possible. Perhaps it could begin in 
SuperGrub first.
