Follow-up Comment #1:
I see no justification for grub-install changes. Just shuffling variables
around doesn't achieve anything. Moreover grub-install isn't intended to be
configured by etc/default/grub other than enabling cryptodisk. Also this is a
wrong place for submitting patches (use grub-devel).
