Details:

SYSLINUX parses but does not remove "initrd=..." option from the kernel
command line. As some distributions (e.g. Tails) rely on its
presence, it would be better to have the same behavior.

The attached patch has been tested and makes Tails behave as it does with
SYSLINUX.
