Details:
The timeout of the invocation of `qemu-system-x86_64 -m 512M -nographic ...`
in `grub_cmd_test` is set to 3600 seconds which makes it very difficult to
build the software if the command fails. It should be lower because unit test
shouldn't take so long anyway.
