Follow-up Comment #3, bug #47075 (project grub):
As far as I can tell, there is a single graphics card supporting both
monitors.
When I boot and log in to Windows, Control Panel > System > Device Manager >
Display adapters shows only one item:
Intel (R) HD Graphics Family
This is as opposed to another computer I use, a workstation, which shows two
items under that entry.
As for terminal_output, it returns:
Active output terminals:
gfxterm
Available output terminals:
console vga_text spkmodem serial_* serial mda_text cbmemc audio
