It's not possible event with files included within CentOS: grub2-efi-2.02-0.44.el7.centos.x86_64 grub2-efi-modules-2.02-0.44.el7.centos.x86_64 grub2-tools-2.02-0.44.el7.centos.x86_64 grub2-2.02-0.44.el7.centos.x86_64 I've also tested it with latest stable Debian used as a PXE server, using it's own output of grub-mknetdir binary.
