Details:
The main Grub configuration file parser supports shell-style comments starting
with a '#' however the built-in configuration file is parsed with the rescue
parser rather than the full-featured configuration parser.
For each line the rescue parser takes the first word and assumes this is a
command name. For comment lines, it tries to execute the function '#' which
fails in a harmless way but logs annoying error messages to the whichever
console is connected.
To keep the rescue parser simple, stupid while supporting simple comments, we
could just ignore lines starting with a '#', like empty lines.
