Follow-up Comment #1, bug #34874 (group grub): grldr is not present in the current GRUB2 version (2.12) and booting Windows can be achieved through other means captured in the GRUB2 manual such as ntldr or chainloader: https://www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/grub/grub.html
