Hi, Brian! I remember I promised to take care on electromagnetic constants but I absolutely have no time for that. The blitzkrieg tactics didn't bring results because I can't examine the emacs's lisp system-of-units transformation methods. If anyone could fix it I'd prepare all the constant values and/or transformation formulas for her.
