Hello everyone,

I just found out that no implementation of the Gram-Schmidt orthonormalization
(applied on the columns of a gsl_matrix) was provided in GSL.
This is a pretty simple and standard process, so I thought it should be
implemented in GSL... Or maybe it already exists ?

Meanwhile I'm writing my own version of this (as I said, pretty simple) routine.
