Details:
I noticed that only the Pearson correlation coefficient is implemented in the
GSL (http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/manual/html_node/Correlation.html).
I propose here some GSL-like code to compute the Spearman rank correlation
coefficient (see the attached tarball).
Is it possible to include it into the GSL in a future release?
