Hi, this link does not seem to work.Then, I have a question then: I'd like to propose an extension to GSL. I've looked at isvd.tgz to see how the package should look like. Is there any available template of files and directories that should be provided for such extensions. I am not sure which files should be completed, and how they should be completed (Makefile.in, test/, doc/, ...), and that sort of issues.
