This test release builds and passes all tests for both win32 and x64 and for both Static Library and DLL builds when using both Visual Studio 2012 (Pro) and Visual Studio 2013 (Pro) Preview.
I will publish updated GSL build files for Visual Studio 2012 when GSL-1.16 is released. Brian Gladman
