Can you provide a simple program which demonstrates the problem? You didn't even list your A and B matrices

I try to implement the eigenvector using GSL library. To do this I use
gsl_eigen_genv function. And I try to compare the output of this function
with the output of Matbal function ( [c d]=eig(A,B), A and B are identical
matrix, all of these element is one; A=ones(4,4,)). I get two different
