Dear Sida,

this is not a bug in GSL, as no functions called gsl_cdf_gaussian_p or
gsl_cdf_gaussian_pinv are supposed to be there.

Try gsl_cdf_gaussian_P and gsl_cdf_gaussian_Pinv instead. Remember that
C identifiers are case sensitive.
