Attached is a patch against v2.8 (commit f6de5706) which implements the
function
int gsl_vector_complex_conjugate(gsl vector_complex * a)
This function takes the complex conjugate of the vector a (similar to the
function gsl_matrix_complex_conjugate() that already exists).
