We offer a patch against v2.8 that implements a few more embedded Runge-Kutta
type solvers.
In particular, these are three Verner integrators of orders 7, 8, and 9
(https://www.sfu.ca/~jverner/) and the highly accurate Feagin integrators of
orders 10, 12, 14 (https://sce.uhcl.edu/rungekutta/).
These integrators offer a larger variety of ODE solvers, in particular those
of higher order, as are already available in other libraries. These
integrators are usually recommended when high-order RK solvers are being
discussed. Currently, only Prince-Dormand is available in GSL and I found
these additional integrators useful when testing my code.
The patch also adjusts the documentation and extends the test suite.
