The Nakagami distribution is a probability distribution related to the gamma
distribution. The Nakagami distribution has two parameters: a shape parameter
mu >= 0.5 and a scale parameter omega > 0.

gsl_ran_nakagami (const gsl_rng * r, const double mu, const double omega)
This function returns a random variate from the Nakagami distribution.

gsl_ran_nakagami_pdf (const double x, const double mu, const double omega)
This function computes the probability density p(x) at x for a gamma
distribution with parameters mu and omega.
