In specfunc/hermite.c a call is made to the gsl_pow_int() function (line 232),
but to keep in line with the rest of the implementation, the call might as
well be gsl_sf_pow_int, so that the whole line reads:
double f = gsl_sf_pow_int(2.0, m);
This is also in addition to #66993.
