The function gsl_sf_complex_psi_e() of
https://cgit.git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gsl.git/tree/specfunc/psi.c
(and in the associated psi.h header) file computes digramma
functions of general complex-valued arguments, but is not mentioned in
the manual
https://cgit.git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gsl.git/tree/doc/specfunc-psi.rst
but should be.
