Yes, this can be solved by introducing syntax-case macros. I now know
a way to integrate old Guile macros and syntax-case macros, the
eventual goal is to get rid of the old macros.
However, we've also just got the new syntax-case code and need to
think a little about how we would like to integrate that with Guile.
