AFAICS all the tests failing here are due to misbehaving name resolution, which could be due to to your ISP doing “DNS hijacking”—that is, the ‘does.not’ host above does not exist, but you ISP’s DNS server returns an IP address anyway to redirect you to their own server. I think there’s nothing we can do on our side. But you should complain to your ISP! :-) Ludo’.
