Also we should add something like:

  #:allowed-references (list (canonical-package glibc)
                             (list (canonical-package gcc) "lib")
                             "out")

to avoid regressions.

(A case where #:disallowed-references would be more convenient, but it’s
not yet implemented.  :-))
