Well, incubator apps have not enough polish. Then again, what back in 2016 was an incubator app maybe works fine now — I see the blog linking to https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/Apps which lists Notes as core now. Dictionary is listed as inactive/retired on the other hand. Regards, Florian
