The upstream discussion has not been touched for a month. I believe it would be safe to either - disable the test, as it doesn't make any sense at all, it requires a too narrow tolerance. - or apply the patch with the --no-unsafe-math-optimizations, possibly by the upstream patch, or by doing a setenv.
