In the case of ‘git-annex’, it just needs a ‘license-file-regexp’ argument, which is easy enough to fix. For ‘scroll’, it’s missing a license file. There is “GPL.hs”, but it doesn’t really count, IMO. It contains the text of the GPL (version 2), but as a Haskell string. I guess it’s better than nothing. I think there is no bug here, just bad luck. :) -- Tim
