It looks to me that there were problems with the guix package on aarch64-linux, but it's working currently. 1: https://data.guix.gnu.org/repository/1/branch/master/package/guix/output-history?output=out&system=aarch64-linux&target=none Also, substitute availability for aarch64-linux and armhf-linux is OK.
