Hello Nigko Yerden. You could definitely test if substitutes are never available if you used
https://guix.gnu.org/manual/en/html_node/Channels-with-Substitutes.html which should guarantee that it will use a version of Guix where guix pull has substitutes. When not using channel-with-substitutes-available, it might be bad timing. Regards, Florian
