this issue has been resolved. I don't know how, but seems ignoring an issue sometimes can lead to the issue being fixed :). I suppose something changed in upstream from python 3.10 to 3.11. I can execute ./profile/bin/python3 directly, and sys.path is correct. I can import both built-in packages and Guix python packages (for that I have to source etc/profile of course) Regards, Rutherther
