Currently the base manual route redirects to a stable versioned manual route. There is also possibility for multiple versions thanks to versioned routes, 1.4.0 and 1.5.0 are now both available. I expect the base manual route might be removed at one point once it all settles, hopefully lowering the confusion even further.
