There are still quite a few boxes to tick, and kde-team is ready to be merged (from the figures of x86_64; for some reason I do not understand, QA does not advance with the branches anymore, and aarch64 is behind, furthermore with our most powerful ARM machine offline right now). So my suggestion, if that is fine with you, would be to merge kde-team now, and to rely on CI for merging python-team later; unless python-team is ready now as well to be merged, and the final touches can be done on master.
